Main Job Duties

As a Data Associate I, ML, your main job will be to quickly and accurately label data for different tasks. These tasks will often be similar and will need you to make fast choices based on given rules. Your main duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Meets business goals such as deadlines, production levels, and quality standards.
• Works independently with little supervision.
• Keeps track of daily work by updating tracking tools as needed.
• Follows standard procedures/guidelines or manager’s directions and ensures the work meets quality standards.
• Offers ideas for improving projects and making operations better, when possible.
• Provides timely updates to those involved in the tasks, following standard procedures and agreed-upon deadlines.
• Alert manager or those involved if there are problems that could affect important tasks or operations.
• Examines information, identifies common trends or patterns, and suggests general guidelines to be turned into rules.
• Ready to handle delicate topics, such as adult material, religious and philosophical matters, tobacco, guns, and other possibly objectionable items.
