Role: Front End Developer

As a Front End Developer, you will join the team supporting and developing the Salesforce Experience Cloud applications used by the International Health Delivery Services – Global team.

In this role as part of an Agile Scrum team, you will translate UI/UX design wireframes into well-formed, standards-compliant code to produce the visual elements of the application. You will work closely with UI/UX designers to bridge the gap between visual design and technical implementation.

You will be part of a growing global team designing and building solutions that drive the business forward. As an expert in front-end development, you will leverage your passion for technology, your problem-solving abilities, and your commitment to delivering high-quality, performant web solutions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Developing modern web applications with great user experiences across multiple browsers and devices
Building UI components using Salesforce LDS technology
Maintaining coding standards and quality through linting and other tools
Optimizing applications for speed and scalability
Collaborating with developers, product managers, QA, and other stakeholders
Automating processes to improve delivery
Ensuring solutions adhere to best practices and leverage standard functionality

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:

HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript (ES6 & jQuery)
Build tools like Gulp and Webpack
Git and component library development
Responsive design and web performance optimization
Web usability and accessibility standards
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Familiarity with Salesforce, automated UI testing, DevOps, and SPA frameworks would also be beneficial.
