What you should have

• A college degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred, along with experience in areas like Support, Software Development, IT, or Quality Assurance.
• You should be good at analyzing problems and able to work on your own.
• Skills in ABAP debugging, SAP ERP (IDOC, RFC), and SAP PI (Graphical Mappings, java mappings, Runtime Workbench, NetWeaver Administrator) are important.
• You should also know about integrating web services, working with APIs, and handling XML.
• Familiarity with SD, and MM is a plus.
• Experience with large cloud applications and Spend Management Solutions is needed.
• You should have worked in technical support or customer service before.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba and Integration/CIG is also important.

• Find solutions for technical problems affecting customers’ business operations and their use of SAP Ariba applications.
• Meet performance targets, especially response time agreements, and productivity goals.
• Report software errors and bugs to development teams; work together to prioritize and test fixes.
• Join emergency response teams and situation meetings to address serious product issues affecting customer operations.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and a detailed understanding of its components.
• Work with support engineers worldwide to improve customer satisfaction.
• Keep customers informed through phone and email about the progress of their issues.
• Offer support during nights and weekends according to a rotating schedule.

• Helps build knowledge in specific areas of skill and encourages the spread of knowledge by making articles and online guides.
