To succeed in this position, you should have

• Strong understanding of SQL and related databases, with a preference for experience with MySQL.
• Strong understanding of Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analyzing data and creating reports.
• Basic knowledge of Python for tasks involving data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with automation tools.
• Basic understanding of mobile telecommunication networks, including their structure and functions. Development experience in this area would be a big advantage.
• Basic knowledge of ticketing tools like ITSM or Remedy.

Key Requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in ECE, IT, CS, or MCA.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Help create, build, and connect data solutions.
• Use problem-solving skills and think critically.
• Achieve goals and meet customer needs.
• Inform everyone involved about any changes or new issues affecting data systems or automated programs.
• Share all information about the automated programs you manage, including code, design, user IDs, passwords, and security details, with the right people.
• Keep all relevant partners updated on any new factors affecting any automated program you’ve designed or set up.
