What to Expect: You’ll be part of Zoom’s Tier 2 Technical Support team, helping our larger customers. This role involves working closely with big clients, helping them use our products and services effectively. Your goal will be to make sure our customers are successful and happy with Zoom.

Requirements

• Knowledge of developing user interfaces for websites or applications.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language from this list: Python, Java, Swift, Objective-C, C++, JavaScript, C#, or TypeScript.
• Knowledge of using at least one up-to-date software for writing and testing code (like Android Studio, Xcode, Visual Studio, or VS Code).
• Knowledge of how data is sent and received over the internet, including the differences between TCP and UDP.
• Knowledge of working with tools that help people communicate and share information over the internet, like SIP, H323, or WebRTC.
• Knowledge of how to manage permissions and security tokens, like OAuth and JWT.
• Knowledge of how websites and applications talk to each other using REST APIs, including how data is sent and received, and how the client and server interact.
